The tightening of European legislation in the area of sustainability and greenhouse gas emissions is having an increasingly significant impact on the real estate sector. All new buildings, for example, should be emission-free from 2028. But it will also be required to renovate existing buildings, which are expected to achieve at least energy
erformance class E by 2030 and class D by 2033.

Rilancio has surpassed the milestone of two million m² of managed space

Rilancio expanded its portfolio by a further 170,000 m² and thus surpassed the milestone of 2 million m² of managed area. Last year’s success stories also include becoming the 1stcompany in the Czech Republic to obtain the prestigious ISO 41001 Facility Management System certificate. Rilancio thus confirmed its position as one of the largest providers of technical and integrated facility management on the Czech market.
